This post contains the presentations and outputs from a series of self help days held in London and East of England held in 2014. These days were attended by pharmacy procurement staff as well as porters and suppliers.
The outputs describe techniques and tips for managing stock levels of gas cylinders within trusts and thus how to reduce cylinder rental. Managing cylinder stocks tightly also assists if you wish to change supplier.
