The Homecare Service Proposal (HSP) Form is to be completed by pharmaceutical manufacturers where there are new homecare medicines services or where there are changes to a homecare medicines service that is currently available. NHMC members will use the information within the form to review the service. The HSP Form will be adopted in England, Scotland and Wales as a means for companies to communicate homecare medicines service proposals to the NHS. Differences in the review process across the UK will remain but this form will allow consistency in the information provided by manufacturers to the NHS.
The associated documentation explains how the form will be used and includes an agenda for any meetings that take place with pharmaceutical manufacturers during the review process.
