Purpose
This audit tool attempts to combine the best features of a number of examples offered by trusts in London after the NHS-wide audit commissioned by DH in March 2012.
The tool can be used as it stands or adapted for local use. If you do use it, please tell us how you think it performed so that we can refine and further develop it as necessary to help others in future.
