Saizen
MerckIn the event of an inadvertent temperature excursion the following data may be used:
After first injection, the Saizen cartridge or the easypod auto-injector containing the Saizen cartridge has to be stored in a refrigerator (2°C-8°C) for a maximum of 28 days, of which up to 7 days can be outside of a refrigerator at or below 25°C. When stored outside of the refrigerator for up to 7 days, the Saizen cartridge must be returned to the refrigerator and used within 28 days after first injection.

Novo NordiskIn the event of an inadvertent temperature excursion the following data may be used:
After opening, the product can be either stored in a fridge (2-8°C) for 28 days or outside of the fridge (<25°C) for 21 days provided the labelled expiry date is not exceeded .

The product is licensed to be stored for a maximum of 1 month at or below 25°C.
In-house stability data shows the product is stable when exposed to 25°C for 6 months. In this case, the product should be stored outside of the fridge. The product must be discarded if not used within the 6 months of room temperature storage.
Further stability data shows the product is stable for 10 days when exposed to a temporary excursion of 25°C to 30°C. The product is stable for 3 days when exposed to a temporary excursion of 30°C to 40°C. In this case, the product can be returned to the fridge.

Further stability data shows the product is stable for 10 days when exposed to a temporary excursion of 25°C to 30°C. The product is stable for 3 days when exposed to a temporary excursion of 30°C to 40°C. In this case, the product can be returned to the fridge.
