In the event of an inadvertent temperature excursion the following data may be used:
When in the possession of a patient, storage at a maximum temperature of 25°C for a period not exceeding 24 hours has no impact on the quality of the product.
Any other temperature excursions that did not occur at the patient’s home e.g. excursions occurring at wholesalers, pharmacies etc should be forwarded to complaints@pharmaand.com and these will be assessed individually.
