Our users

Who we serve

Our users are commissioners and healthcare professionals providing NHS commissioned care. We also provide written information and expert written advice to help patients and the public take and use their medicines as safely and effectively as possible.

Patients

We are unable to answer specific questions from members of the public. Patients who have questions about particular medicines should seek advice from a doctor, pharmacist, or nurse directly responsible for their care.

Feedback from users

We follow good practice principles in designing our services and products. We also survey our users regularly and present the results that demonstrate our added value.
