Low doses (75-150mg daily) considered low risk.
Very limited published evidence for use of low-dose aspirin during breastfeeding with no adverse effects reported.
Do not use if the infant has a viral infection or fever. There is a theoretical risk of an association with Reye’s syndrome, even at low doses especially in children with a viral infection or fever.
Used in full-term neonates from birth.
Monitor infant for signs of bruising or bleeding, which may be prolonged.

Paracetamol, Ibuprofen
Use only if other simple analgesics, such as paracetamol or ibuprofen, are not suitable.
Three separate case reports of adverse effects in breastfed infants; metabolic acidosis following high-dose, maternal use, thrombocytopenic purpura (dose and treatment length not specified) and hemolysis in infant with G6PD deficiency.
Monitor infant for signs of bruising or bleeding, which may be prolonged
