In the event of an inadvertent temperature excursion the following data may be used:
NovoRapid vial, Penfill, FlexPen, InnoLet, FlexTouch: The products are stable when exposed to temperatures <30°C for 28 days. Following an excursion, store NovoRapid vial, Penfill and InnoLet outside of the fridge (<30°C). NovoRapid FlexPen and FlexTouch can be stored either in the fridge (2-8°C) or outside of the fridge (<30°C). Reduce expiry date to 28 days from the date of the excursion.
NovoRapid PumpCart: The products are stable when exposed to temperatures <30°C for 14 days. Thereafter it can be used for up to 7 days below 37°C in an insulin infusion pump system.
